A Dynamic, Hands-On Experience
Spend a full day immersed in the real world—touring St. Louis companies and going behind the scenes where careers take shape.
Students will explore industries, meet professionals, and experience what purpose-driven work truly looks like.
Tours include Cortex Innovation Community, Microsoft and BJC Healthcare. Transportation is provided.
Business Tours
Engaging lessons. Hands-on experience. Interactive curriculum.
Students build relationships with each other, faculty and mentors. At the end of the Summit, students will have created a Life Plan outlining their goals and next steps.
Most importantly, students gain self-confidence, life and career skills, and direction.

Students hear directly from accomplished professionals across a variety of industries—sharing real stories, lessons learned, and honest insights.
With open Q&A and small group discussions, students have the rare opportunity to ask questions, gain perspective, and engage in meaningful dialogue.

Summit Sessions
Day 1: Monday, June 1

Students connect with one another, meet faculty and mentors, and then depart for a day of business tours. Transportation provided by shuttle bus.

Step into the heart of St. Louis innovation. Students will explore a nationally recognized hub for startups, technology, and entrepreneurship—gaining exposure to cutting-edge ideas and the future of work.

Go inside one of the world’s leading technology companies to see how innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving come to life. Students will gain insight into careers in tech and the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Go behind the scenes of a major healthcare system serving millions. Students will explore diverse career paths in healthcare, leadership, and operations—while seeing the impact of purpose-driven work in action.
Day 2: Tuesday, June 2

Through guided exercises—including a mini strengths assessment, core values exploration, and meaningful reflection—students gain a deeper understanding of who they are and what drives them.
Small group discussions create space for connection, helping students translate self-awareness into confidence.

Building on insights from the previous day’s business tours, students explore how companies operate, adapt, and succeed in today’s evolving economy.
Through the lens of purpose, people, process, and profit, they begin connecting their personal strengths and values to potential career paths and work environments.

Prior to the Summit, each student completes the Working Genius assessment and receives a personalized report.
Led by Dale Kreienkamp and based on the work of Patrick Lencioni, this powerful framework helps students clearly identify their natural strengths—giving them language and confidence to thrive in school, relationships, and future careers.

Students strengthen the key skills that drive success beyond academics—communication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
They leave better equipped to make strong impressions, build meaningful connections, and step confidently into new environments.

An introduction to the fundamentals of money management, budgeting, investing, and financial planning.
Students walk away with practical knowledge they can apply now—and a mindset that supports smart financial decisions for the future.

Students strengthen necessary skills for life and career success—how to greet others, navigate social and dining settings, and follow up with professionalism and gratitude.
They leave with greater confidence to build relationships and represent themselves well in every situation.

An engaging panel featuring professionals from diverse industries sharing real experiences, lessons learned, and career advice.

Students step into small group conversations with the Corporate Panel mentors, where they can ask honest questions and receive personalized guidance.
These discussions bring clarity, encouragement, and practical insight.

The Student Summit is designed for high school and college students ready to grow, lead, and step into their future with confidence.

Enjoy Early Bird Savings! Tuition is $225 per student before April 30. After this, tuition increases to $375.
This fee covers the participant's attendance in the program, lunch each day, transportation for the St. Louis company tours, and all necessary materials.

The Student Summit takes place the Undivided Experience Center at 657 Spirit Airpark West, Suite 104 in Chesterfield.
Conveniently accessible by Interstate 64/40 and Spirit of St. Louis Boulevard. The UEC is located across from St. Louis Premium Outlet Mall and Towneplace Suites by Marriott.
